Additional hours are billed at your plan's overage rate ($100/hr Starter, $90/hr Growth, $80/hr Business). We always get approval before starting overage work — no surprise bills.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Up to 1 unused hour rolls over to the next month across all plans. This gives you flexibility for months with more work. Hours beyond the 1-hour rollover cap do not carry forward.
What's your response time?
Starter: 48 hours (email). Growth: 24 hours (email & phone). Business: 4 hours (email, phone & text). Critical outages are addressed within 1 hour on all plans.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — the new rate starts on your next billing cycle. Downgrade with 30 days notice.
Do I own my website?
Absolutely. You own your domain, content, and all code. If you cancel, we provide a full backup and assist with migration at no extra charge.
What CMS platforms do you support?
WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, static sites (Astro, Next.js, Hugo), and custom CMS solutions. If your platform isn't listed, ask — we likely support it.
Do you handle HIPAA or other regulated industries?
